Who We Are
Wings Music Group was founded by two friends who started as colleagues on opposite sides of the globe, both with a passion for Christian Music and the development of artists. With years of combined experience in the music industry, watching it change and seeing new opportunities unfold, Chris and Brad teamed up to create something which empowers both established and emerging independent artists by opening up previously closed doorways and putting artists in the driving seat.
Wings believes that artists owning their music shouldn’t be a barrier to success.
Meet The Founders
Chris Lawson Jones
Founder & Head of Artist Relations
Chris started out in music by starting his own label for his mates in London who were releasing music, before becoming Integrity Music Europe's Head of A&R. During his time at Integrity, he launched their global imprint, Running Club Records before founding Wings Music Group in 2020.

Brad Heydon
Co Founder & Head of Operations
Brad has been involved in Christian music most of his life and an integral part in multiple record labels including playing a key role in the early stages of building Bethel Music and most recently, heading up Operations for Integrity Music globally. From Sydney Australia, Brad now lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and 3 kids.
Favorite Sports Team: Wallabies Rugby (or anyone playing England)
Best Dad Joke: “When does a joke become a “dad joke?” When it becomes apparent.”
Ideal Holiday: On a remote all inclusive beachside resort.
